Bailey Lawler is the proud owner of Naoki Hair salon, a thriving business she established in 2013. A dedicated mother to her four wonderful children Zaige, Kyrie, Sylver and Zakoa, and a loving wife to her husband Mitch, Bailey juggles the dual demands of family life and running a successful business with grace and poise.
In addition to being a highly acclaimed hair stylist and entrepreneur, Bailey is also a certified reformer Pilates instructor. Her quest for a healthier lifestyle led her to become a champion of this highly beneficial exercise regimen, and she continues to be an ardent believer in the transformative power of Pilates.
Bailey's passion for her clients is evident in everything she does. Whether it's crafting the perfect hairstyle or providing a one-of-a-kind pampering experience, Bailey's focus is always on bringing out the very best in each and every one of her clients. Her commitment to excellence has made Naoki Hair the go-to destination for anyone in search of world-class hair care and styling services.
KATTIE.
With 18 years of experience, Kattie brings a passion and flair for fashion to her hairdressing work and loves to stay up-to-date on the latest trends for her clients. With friendly conversation and general interest in the client she’s working with, Kattie believes that building a strong relationship with the clients is just important and part of the experience when they come to the salon.
She specialises in natural looks, creamy blondes and lots of fine foils to ensure that everyone’s hair is very subtly blended and is looking like the best-refreshed version of themselves.
COCO.
With her personality, Coco has always found beauty in life. Whether she's walking at first light, creating something in the kitchen, or working as a hairdresser, Coco strives to create something special and unique for all of her clients. Coco originally found herself in the world of hair 8 years ago after making a career change, and she has never looked back.
Looking to the future, Coco sees herself continuing to be in awe over how amazing hairdressing affects not only her but also the lives and well-being of her clients - creating such a happy atmosphere and love. Coco is grateful for everything that hairdressing has brought into her life. She is grateful for what hairdressing has done for her and looks forward to many more years of happiness as a hairdresser.
JEN.
For Jen, her love for hairdressing started at a young age, styling and braiding the hair of Barbies since she could remember.
She then turned her passion into her livelihood and built up her experience in the hairdressing world over the past 16 years in various salons around Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Jen specialises in Blonde hair, and is set on creating the perfect blonde for her client with plenty of experience up her sleeve. Along with Jen’s sweet demeanour and friendly personality, her clients are always happy with her creations and leave the salon feeling well looked after and treated inside and out.
